The HP Spectre x360 16 has 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB of PCIe NVMe storage, and 32 GB of Intel Optane memory. The laptop has a 5-megapixel webcam with an HP GlamCam application that, according to HP, uses Beauty Mode to improve users’ visual attractiveness during video conversations.
Quad speakers are included with the HP Spectre x360 16. Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, an SD card reader, two Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C ports, a 3.5mm combination headphone jack, HDMI, and a SuperSpeed USB Type-A port are among the connectivity choices. The HP GlamCam application is the Spectre x360 16’s USP. The Beauty Mode, as previously noted, aids in the enhancement of the user’s visual appearance during video conversations. Other features that improve video chats include Auto Frame, which keeps the emphasis on the user even if they move around. There’s also a lighting correction option, and AI noise cancellation automatically drowns out surrounding noises.
With the HP Spectre x360 16, HP has also included certain well-being features. If users have been using their laptops for an extended period of time, it gives them a screen time reminder to take a break. If users are sitting too close to the screen, it will remind them to move back.
The laptop is equipped with privacy-protecting technologies that automatically lock the laptop when the user steps away from it. Aside from a privacy camera and a fingerprint sensor, the screen is also obscured to prevent others from peering at it.
