Job Context : Our renowned leading travel company is searching for experienced dynamic & passionate candidates for the position of Air Ticketing, Reservation & Recruiting. We are looking for and energetic, Well qualified in Travel & Airlines industry to join our team and support about the IATA, GDS, Airlines Rules & regulations, Daily operations of ticketing and travel Management.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Making travel itinerary with flights, hotels & recruitment services
2. Book flights, hotels & tour packages with different online systems
3. Issuing Air Ticket, Re-issuance, Refund processing and void related issues.
4. Telling details about our service to clients by phone calls/email/online communication/face to face.
5. IATA related services, Operate GDS systems and Others online ticketing system.
6. Issue Domestic, International and offline tickets.
7. Coordinating and resolving issues like ticket re-route, re-schedule, re-issue, refund Etc.
8. Excellent at dealing with clients over phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction around the clock.
9. Listen and understand customer query and provide quick support on the required topic.
10. Have update knowledge about airline rules & policies.
11. Keep sales records & report sales information monthly basis and report to management.
12. Be polite, active & responsible with your duties.
13. Have destination knowledge about foreign countries.
14. Work with BSP/IATA related operation is must.

Employment Status : Full-time, Workplace : Work at office, Educational Requirements : Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Commerce, Skills Required: Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Knowledge on Recruitment, Travel management

Experience Requirements : At least 2 year(s), The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Airlines and Travels, Manpower Recruiting, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Manpower Recruitment, Travel Agent

Additional Requirements : Age 25 to 40 years, Both males and females are allowed to apply, Job Location : Dhaka (Dhaka Sadar), Feni (Feni Sadar), Salary : Negotiable, Must have working experience with Biman and others International Airlines
